To have consistent and great results, I have developed a four phase system: learning about your business, industry, & customers, designing for the problem at hand, reviewing and revising the designs, and lastly, launching your website.
This is the most important phase in the process. This is where we learn about how your business is unique to you. We will work together to discover your business’s goals so your website adds value to you and your customers.
Together, we will uncover how you are positioned to bring value to your customers and how to tell the story of your business. This discovery phase provides key insight into what is important and where the website design should be focused.
The data we gather from our discovery session paves the way for how we structure the website and the direction for the design. Since every project is different, this process can come together quickly or take time to mold into something that fits the mission of the business.
Featured ProjectIn order to ensure everyone is thrilled with the end product, we take the time to evaluate where we currently are and the gap to achieve where we want to be. At Finkspace, we welcome and encourage feedback, which is why the review and revise phase has been implemented. During this time, we collaborate to ensure that we are aligned with what the final product will look like.
The fourth and final phase is where we will make any last-minute tweaks and go over the website with a fine-tooth comb to ensure your links and design are perfect. Final interactions and animations will be added to elements to breathe life into the website.
If your company is deciding to take over ownership and responsibility of the website management, we will take time to train staff on the functionality of the website to ensure you are comfortable managing it.
I’m Levi Fink, it’s nice to meet you. I am the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Finkspace.
Growing up, I spent a lot of time thumbing through encyclopedias. I was intrigued by the wide array of subjects to learn about and things to see. My love of learning how things work brought me to study how websites can be used to tell stories through engaging interactions. I currently live with my wife, son, and two purebred farm cats in Des Moines, IA.

I wish there was a super simple answer to cost & timeline. Every business is unique in their needs so I do not have a one-size-fits all pricing structure.
Projects are quoted on a per project basis, not hourly.
I do not charge hourly for two reasons:
1. If problems arise and something takes 20 hours when it should have taken 5, you should not be monetarily punished.
2. If my knowledge and expertise allows for quick project completion that meets the agreed upon goals, I should not be monetarily punished.
Cost, timeline, and payment plan will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of a new project.
My goal when taking on a project is to create something that you are proud of. I do not limit my revisions or charge extra for changes to design before final delivery of assets. When we take on a project together, we are a team working to accomplish something great. I want to hear from you about what you don’t like and not fear using up revisions.
